The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, and the free WiFi was a bonus. The buffet breakfast for only €9 was excellent, and the staff were always willing to help and spoke English fluently. I also appreciated the luggage storage option after check out. Les Chouettes provided excellent value.

The hostel's vibrant decor and colorful atmosphere were a pleasant surprise when I walked in. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome right away. The rooms surpassed my expectations with plenty of space for luggage, and the added privacy of curtains, personal lights, and chargers for each bed was a bonus. Although the bathrooms were shared, they were kept clean. The small garden behind the hostel was a hidden gem, offering a peaceful retreat. The room itself was clean and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were helpful and allowed us to store our luggage before check-in. The hostel's location was ideal, close to the train station and within walking distance of supermarkets and bars. The terrace overlooking the canal was a beautiful spot to enjoy a drink from their own bar/restaurant. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hostel for its affordable price, comfortable amenities, and friendly staff.
